Promotional Campaigns at Banana Republic
How to bring the pioneering fashion vision into promotional messages to the audience?

Objective

To convey the spirited and progressive Banana Republic’s fashion vision into seasonal voices. I was responsible for creating visual work that reflect the brand identity and aligning it to its marketing strategy for its promotional channels, presenting the latest products and the company’s vision to the audience.

Solution

Although all designed for the same brand, each of them has different communication goals due to different purposes. Men’s and women’s designs are always differentiated but kept related. As the campaigns are running on different digital platforms, design is done in adaptive and flexible forms for different sizes. Animation is applied if it helps communicate more effectively.

Role

Using the seasonal campaign’s style guides created by art director and copy director as starting point and referencing resources for executing contents onto promotional materials. Every design piece has been thoroughly considered in terms of aligning style look with copy cohesively, and being original while working within guidebook style.
